Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (”T&Cs”) govern the provision of services by Events by Crystalveey (”we”, ”us”, or ”our”) in the areas of Event Management, Social Events & Galas, Branded Merchandise Solutions, Corporate Travel & Incentive, Corporate Shopping & Gifting, Team Bonding Getaways & Travel Incentives, and Wedding Planning & Coordination. By engaging our services, you (”Client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Event Management (Corporate, Social, and Special Events)
  • Social Events & Galas
  • Branded Merchandise Solutions
  • Corporate Travel & Incentive
  • Corporate Shopping & Gifting
  • Company Retreat Planning
  • End Of Year Party
  • Wedding Planning & Coordination

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to enable us to deliver the services as per the agreed schedule. Any delays caused by the Client may impact the delivery timelines.

3. Service Fees and Payment

3.1 Quotations and Invoices: We will provide a detailed quotation for the services requested. Upon acceptance, an invoice will be issued for the agreed-upon fees.

3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the total fee is required upon acceptance of the quotation. The balance is due upon completion of the services or as otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

3.3 Late Payments:Failure to make payments by the due date may result in service suspension or cancellation. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments at a rate of 10% per month.

4. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional fees may apply for significant changes that affect the time, materials, or scope of the project.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Event Management & Social Events In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 14 days before the event will be eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

5.2 Corporate Travel & Team Bonding Getaways: Cancellations for travel-related services will be subject to airline, hotel, and other third-party provider policies. Refunds will depend on their terms.

5.3 Branded Merchandise & Corporate Gifting: Orders for customized merchandise cannot be canceled once production has begun. Refunds will only be issued for defective items, provided that a claim is made within 3 days of delivery.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or any other event that renders service provision impracticable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under these T&Cs shall be limited to the fees paid for the services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and concepts created by us during the provision of services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may use these materials for their intended purpose, but they may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior consent.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat all information shared by the Client in connection with the services as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it will be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

11. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services following such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
